The buying experience was OK but it was frustrating to be bombarded with finance and insurance options that I made it very clear I did not want.

From the moment we came in to look for a mini the staff at centre were extremely friendly and welcoming and offered us drinks and we felt really relaxed and not pressurised. Showroom looks very impressive.

First salesperson we had contact with way back in July was not helpful and there was no communication. Subsequently was looked after by a different sales guy who was much more customer friendly.

Overall a good dealership from what experience we have so far. I hope the Servicing of our new cars is dealt with the same level of professionalism and care that the sales were. I would say that they need their own Service desk but think it's in hand

Would have been five but for the incorrect mileage recorded on my invoice for the second time running. Staff told me the first time it was beyond their capability to reprint the invoice. Will find out tomorrow if I get the same response again.
